Carondelet Kitchen Weekend Wine
Josh Cellars Seaswept | Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio | California $13.99 Supermarket wine. Yes, we know. That’s supposed to be a no-no. Often, it is. Let us be very honest. This wine will not be winning major awards or showing up on high-end wine lists at restaurants around town. That said, this is a great porch pounder when the temperatures hit the 90s in the late summer afternoon. It’s light, refreshing, citrusy and bright. The price is reasonable and you can even find it on sale quite often. A great combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio, this Cali wine is a great bargain and a wonderful addition to our summer happy hour. Cheers!
