HOMEMADE DONUTS

Who doesn’t love a good doughnut? I know I have been the recipient of great options here in St. Louis!

Big Guy suggested we should add making doughnuts to our rotation of recipes @carondeletkitchen. As luck would have it, my friends @kingarthurbaking featured mixes and a baking pan in their catalog. I was all in and purchased their apple cinnamon mix which made the perfect light and airy doughnut.

I happened to have a small bottle of maple syrup, so I stirred up a quick glaze to go on top. It enhanced the excellent flavor of the doughnut and certainly put a smile on our faces!
