PEPPERPALOOZA

Big Guy had successes and failures in @carondeletgarden this year. The one plant variety that did very well was our pepper plants. We planted poblanos, Candyland, jalapeno, and snackable peppers.

It seems like they all came into harvest together, so I am about to have a “pepperpalooza” in @carondeletkitchen. I am already planning on chili, chili relleno, stir fry, and roasted vegetables.

I also shared peppers with my neighbors, so I look forward to hearing about their cooking successes. Thank goodness they love fresh vegetables as much as we do so I am not THAT neighbor who rings their doorbells, leaves a “goodie” bag on their porch, and then runs away! HA!
