PUEBLO SOLIS

St. Louis is blessed with fine Mexican restaurants. We are most grateful for the longevity, since 1998, and excellence still displayed at @pueblosolis.

The food and service are outstanding and the margaritas are perfect. On our recent trip, we enjoyed snacking on guacamole along with their fine salsa trio and chips. The freshness of the ingredients was evident with the first bite.

Big Guy opted for the Mexican enchiladas, and I could not resist the suggestion of the special which was shrimp tacos. The plates came out bubbling hot and the aromas got our taste buds ready for an exceptional meal.

Our appreciation goes out to the Solis family for continuing this fine family tradition of feeding us so well! It was obvious the appreciation was shared by our fellow diners too!
