SNOWFLAKE BROWNIE
I have a weakness for baking pans that make my desserts stand out in a crowd. There is nothing like a snowflake design to bring the fun to the room in the winter months.

I grabbed a @kingarthurbaking brownie mix and got busy putting the mix together. It is interesting to see the recipe allows for making the mix either “fudgy” or more like cake. I opted for the cake version to assure I properly baked the brownie. I admit I have overcooked my brownies in the past thinking the “fudge” was underbaked…whoops!

I took my snowflake brownie to share with my niece, @abrandt1026, and her daughter. It was an absolute delight to grab the powered sugar to add “snow” to the top of the brownie. I can still hear the giggles of delight in the room!
