It has been quite the year for our chosen family, so the family opted to do a simple brunch for Thanksgiving. Instead of noise and exhausting planning, we enjoyed a quiet day with our kids.
I do not make it often, but I pulled out my recipe for pumpkin bread and used my fall harvest pan to give it some elevation. After mixing my wet and dry ingredients separately, I mixed everything together with my @kitchenaidusa stand mixer to create some Fall magic. Too bad my football team did not win to make it the perfect day!
