VICINI PASTA! MANGIA!

The veterans of @towergrovemarket may remember Chef Dawn and her booth of fresh made artisanal pastas. We all came “packing” with our coolers and dry ice hoping to get the pasta home in plenty of time to avoid the heat.

Fast forward and now we all go to Lafayette Square to see Chef Dawn in her brick and mortar store. The store is a beautiful space that invites you in to either take home her creations, or to stay and linger for a meal either in the store or at the Vicini Piazza outdoor patio.

We ran our errands and decided to bring our ingredients home for a magical Italian meal. We started by picking up plain reginette from @vicini_pastaria. Our next stop was @parkerstable for bread and wine. We finished off the meal with our own @carondeletkitchen marinara sauce and a side of dipping oil from @salt_sisters to round out the meal. Perfetto!
