Apron or No Apron? That is the Question!

I have a new collection in my house. Aprons! No, not the fluffy type you think of around the waist of a 50’s homemaker. I have the home cook-type with stripes!

I never really thought about putting an apron on to protect my clothes from spills and minor splashes from a boiling pot. I am sure most of you quickly realized I was doing a lot of laundry!

I have come to appreciate my sturdy apron since it provides me big pockets and a place to hang my kitchen towel. That last part became important during COVID when I realized how many paper towels I was using while cooking.
