Beef! It's what's for dinner!

I realize some folks may like to save their special meals for the weekend but Big Guy and tend to have special meals every day.  I recently made a batch of my Gunther Gebel-Williams sauce which is a delicious steak sauce highlighting scotch and onions.  In the event you don’t know, Mr. Gebel-Williams started working in the circus with his mother in 1947.  He came to prominence during the early days of television and the Las Vegas circuit highlighting his big cats.

While living in Venice, Florida, he shared his steak sauce with local restaurants most notably The Crow’s Nest.  They were kind enough to print the recipe on their website and it has been a staple with the steak dinners ever since our first visit.

So, grab a steak like we did from Kenrick’s Meat Market and make a great sauce to go with it.  They are easy to make and so satisfying with your meal.
