Billy G’s in Kirkwood

Spring has sprung which means Big Guy and I have been visiting a lot of nurseries for plants for the @cardondeletgarden. We have the gardening bug, and it does not seem to be stopping anytime soon. The good news is I will have plenty to write about in the coming weeks about the variety of vegetables that will appear in my meals.

We decided to stop into @billygskirkwood for lunch recently on one of our outings. It was a great decision as it was a beautiful day. We opted to sit in the bar next to the open windows which allowed us to watch the street activity as well as the arrival of the Amtrak train. Guess how many people jumped when the horn went off on that big iron horse?!

It was a great decision as the food and service was outstanding. I can see why this restaurant is so successful in downtown Kirkwood!
