Big Guy and I decided to eat another one of his delicious egg casseroles using Stonie’s sausage. As usual, we had one sausage not needed for the casserole so Big Guy wrapped it up and put it in the refrigerator. Here we go again with creating another meal with leftovers.
The good news is this one was a simple fix. We wrapped the sausage with Pillsbury crescent rolls and created our own breakfast pigs in a blanket. It was the perfect amount of food to get us going for the day.
