Cannelloni from THE Hill!

Big Guy and I decided to roam around The Hill to check out the shops. You would think I have enough soap, but a visit always includes a stop @herbariasoap. I love walking into the store to be greeted with a friendly hello from the staff to the selection of items to purchase for my personal care.

Bag in hand full of soaps, we headed over to Di Gregorio’s Italian Foods. I will give you a spoiler alert that our trip to The Hill got cut short because we went crazy buying cookies, pasta, sauces, and spices. We also decided on the spot that our dinner that evening was going to be cannelloni.

Big Guy loves cannelloni, but it is not always on the menu at our favorite haunts unless we put in a special order. To see fresh red and white sauces in the freezer not far from the cannelloni, was kismet. I cannot emphasize how easy dinner was to make since I thawed the sauces, added the cannelloni, and soon was rewarded with an outstanding dinner. Thanks, Di Gregorio’s!
