We recently stopped by Syberg’s for sandwiches and onion rings. Big Guy had no problem finishing his sandwich, but I found myself with leftover onions rings and part of my Philly Beef sandwich. I asked for a box and started doing a mental checklist of ingredients in my pantry.
I had beef gravy and egg noodles, so I immediately decided to “hack” my leftovers into a beef stroganoff for dinner the next day. I had fewer egg noodles than I remembered, so I tossed in curly noodles as well. The meal was very satisfying, and I was able to use my leftovers while also emptying my pantry of three more things in my quest to use up my ingredients before the dreaded expiration date!
