Chicken and Biscuits

I have mentioned my Big Guy is from a Southern family. One of the things that tends to happen is our tunnel vision if we see chicken and biscuits on any menu. As Guy Fieri says, “if you put it on a flip flop, I’ll eat it.”

As we walked around Macklind Market, we noticed a food vendor, Graffiti Grub, selling Fried Chicken Biscuits. Oh, hell yes! We jumped on two of them and enjoyed every morsel of it.

As we walked back, I asked about taking this picture so I can remember the experience. The team working was impressive and told us about their full range of offerings along with giving us their business card. After seeing they specialize in southern style/Cajun food, I would boldly say they also specialize in Southern hospitality. Well done!
