I love to learn new things. In fact, I am learning more retired than all my years of study for my various degrees.
One thing that followed me into retirement was my membership in the Rotary Club of St. Louis. I have enjoyed my twenty years there and look forward to the weekly meetings to learn about what is happening in our great city. This week was a field trip to Conflux Co-Learning. Conflux is the nation’s first co-learning space exclusively serving manufacturers and distributors. As I drove to their location, I quickly realized I was heading to the old Carondelet School. We had a great presentation and tour by their co-founder, Brandon Dempsey. I walked away not only impressed by Brandon and the building transformation but found out more about activities happening in the Carondelet neighborhood with the real estate development side of his business. I cannot wait to see what happens next!
