Big Guy loves his bread and cornbread is no exception. I tend to make it “corny,” by adding kernels of corn into the mix. We opted for a no fuss version since it was a side dish for a stew.
I guess living with me for so long, I chuckled when the Big Guy asked if he could make the corn bread in one of my Fall pans. The obvious answer was yes. Who is going to say no to fun little muffins in the shape of pumpkins, acorns, and leaves? This was just another reminder to have fun with our food and celebrate the season! Now, if I could clean up the real leaves and acorns as quickly as this pan!
