The chilly days are slowing becoming warmer, so I thought I better start working my way through the freezer. I pulled out chili recently thinking of making chili mac since I did not have any Fritos.
Then I remembered my Big Guy loves corn bread. Being me, I could not just make it as a muffin. I checked my pantry and opted to take the instructions from the box and add one more ingredient. CORN! It is truly a wonderful way to elevate the corn bread. It also adds additional flavor to the chili along with depth to the meal! It was a truly satisfying meal!
