Crescent Rolls

I am always amazed at the simplicity of crescent rolls. The commercials on television over the years always carry the message of how these rolls can add magic to your table. I can certainly attest there is magic not only on the table, but in the dishes that I make for our family meals.

The most obvious use of the rolls is to compliment a meal. The Big Guy loves bread so this is always an effortless way to elevate even a simple meal such as soup and salad.

Thanks to my bonus sister, I have even written about how we have used these rolls for our baked brie dish. I do love puffed pastry, but the crescent rolls add an extra layer of goodness not to mention a delivery source for the cheese!

How can you use this ingredient in your cooking? I am thinking of trying a rice dish next, so I will have to report back and let you know how it turned out!
