I caused quite a stir the last time I made deviled eggs. I did not realize I would get such a strong reaction to adding pickle relish to my egg mixture, but most folks told me they are on the no relish train. The Big Guy does not agree so urged me to make another batch of deviled eggs with relish.
Here comes the next controversy. We tend to keep organic eggs in the house, but I insisted we buy regular store-bought eggs because they hold the egg mixture better and who can disagree? I know I am kicking another conversation into motion about which egg is better. In this case, I am happy I am not picking up the mixture from the floor because the egg fell apart!
