I have written in the past about my love of making chili and freezing it to be eaten throughout the Fall and Winter. I also mentioned I tend to leave meat out of my chili, so I can enhance it with added ingredients depending on the recipe. After so many game days, I opted to get away from plain chili or chili mac. Instead, I got out my favorite Hebrew National beef franks, some buns and plenty of cheddar cheese. I don’t know about you, but seeing chili heaped upon a hot dog in a bun gives me great anticipation of a terrific meal. The best part is eating it at home saves you from having to be polite when you eat it! More napkins, please.
