Big Guy and I usually eat English Muffins when we travel. I am not sure why we fell into this habit, but it goes along with only eating Pringles on the beach. I never said we were normal, but there you go.
We recently restocked our jams with our favorite maker, @larder_cupboard. It was lovely to catch up and hear about her plans for the coming season. As I scanned the table, I spotted the strawberry and rhubarb jam. I knew I had to try it and instantly realized I had to get English muffins to stand up to the outstanding flavor. I am so happy I broke my habit. I also pledge to continue buy English muffins. They are too good to only eat on vacation!
