Federhofer’s Bakery

Big Guy and I started our married life living in the Dutchtown neighborhood where you could still walk to the butcher and the bakery. I miss those days of stopping by for quick items for breakfast or dinner, taking the time to talk to our community business neighbors.

The true test of living in St. Louis is remembering we have fantastic local businesses still creating wonderful products. Federhofer’s Bakery is our place to stop when we want fresh bread, butter cookies, and delicious pastries. There is nothing like it and it reminds you that fresh ingredients are much better than buying these items from the grocery store with a shelf life of two weeks.
