I am obsessed with focaccia. The olive oil and added ingredients have sparked my imagination to expand my love of this delicious bread.
We have been missing the focaccia of our dear friend who opted to stop selling it at the local markets, so we were delighted to see a new maker last week. We stopped by the Key Cakes and Confections table to check out the products. We had to buy the Caramelized Onion and Rosemary focaccia especially when Chef said she made it that morning and the smell completely intoxicated her kitchen. Sold! It was fantastic and I look forward to trying another of her tasty treats!
