Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

I have always heard chicken soup is not only good for the soul, but also a great meal when you are feeling ill. It turns out both adages are true.

My Big Guy was feeling funky and then I heard from my sweet niece, @abrandt1026, that she and her husband were suffering with winter colds. I knew I needed to make a big pot of chicken noodle soup, STAT!

I understand it is not a miracle cure, but it seems to have been a balm for everyone. And I felt good I could cook up healing ingredients with love from the Carondelet Kitchen.
