Hot Ham and Cheese and Basketball

I started making hot ham and cheese sandwiches a couple of years ago and it has become Big Guy’s favorite. I know his allergies have been kicking his butt, but when he asked for the ham and cheese sandwiches, I knew he was needing comfort food.

It is so simple, plus I was able to grab the pretzel buns from the freezer getting rid of one more thing in there. I added thin slices of butter, do not judge me, with garlic salt. Once the butter melted, I piled the ham and cheese on top and melted everything together. I added sweet potato fries in the oven to bake off with the sandwiches which was a perfect way to create a delicious meal without a lot of work.
