I have been cleaning out cabinets and organizing my cookware. My cookware has been multiplying throughout my life’s journey!
I grew up with one set of Paul Revere Cookware which I insisted had to be on my wedding registry. Over the years I have added Calphalon, Staub and Le Creuset cookware along with some nifty Martha Stewart Dutch ovens. I am still in wonder at the number of pots and pans I get to use in my Carondelet Kitchen. I seldom get rid of anything, but the one thing I will not give away is my different measuring cups. I love the different options I can use whether I am cooking or baking. In fact, one set of my cups became an impressive decoration in my refreshed kitchen lining the transept over my back door. The best set I have belonged to my parents. Along with my Paul Revere Cookware, I always have good tools and memories to help me remember them.
