The sugar snap peas plants have been producing a terrific harvest. As I was thinking about various recipes, I remembered my mom’s dill dip recipe.
She would make it to be a dip for pretzels and chips, but I decided to make it to be a dip for vegetables. There is something about a sugar snap pea with other vegetables and dip that elevates the appetizer. I know I am guilty of eating more of the snap peas if they appear on a table of snack food! The best part about this dip is it can double as a smear for sandwiches to enhance the flavor of the meat and bread. After all, it is cream cheese with a little milk, garlic salt, and dill. It is perfect with ham on a bagel.
