I am always looking for inspiration by home cooks and chefs, but you cannot get better than @inagarten and Erin French @thelostkitchen. They both appeared together @92ndstreety which is New York’s “global center for culture, connection, and enrichment.”
You can never go wrong with Ina taking on the role of interviewer as she does her homework. The questions are insightful and propel the conversation forward toward a meaningful experience. In the case of this program, I was amazed at how the hour flew, but also by the sound advice that I share at the heart of my own kitchen. “Find the best ingredients, make the recipe simple, and cook with love.” As Ina would say, “how easy is that!” Perfection!
