Lotsa Meatballs!

The Big Guy loves to make meatballs! He is most happy when he knows he has a freezer full of them for use in future recipes.

As pizza is also a favorite, we bought Brooklyn BRED and loaded it up with sautéed red onions and peppers along with our meatballs, sauce, and cheese. It was so delicious and easy to make. Big Guy, start to finish, had it on the table within 30 minutes.

I hope someday to try and duplicate the crust from Brooklyn Bred even though I know it will cost me more money to make it from scratch. Until then, I hope they keep it at my store since I can use it quickly to enhance any meal.
