Magic Fire Sticks

I know that sometimes the simple things in life are the best. Then there are the other times when adding one more thing makes it special.

Our niece asked when we were planning to have a fire in the backyard and whether her family could join us. Obviously, the answer was yes, and we planned it for the perfect time with the weather still bearable to be outside.

Our niece has always loved our little surprises and Big Guy did not disappoint her by “adding” magic sticks to the fire so we could see predominate colors of blue and green. She was excited especially when we ended up using the entire box in one night.

We used to only get them around Christmas, but it’s a good thing we have seen them pop up in our local hardware store. One extra ingredient was truly magic with many more on the horizon!
