Well, I be! Did you know it is National Puzzle Month? I have worked on jigsaw puzzles for years and never knew this nugget of information.
I was most impressed with the list provided by White Mountain Puzzles that explained doing puzzles can “improve your memory, build problem solving skills, delay dementia, lower stress levels, and provide greater attention to details.” I get those same benefits by cooking and gardening at my cozy cottage on the Southside. I guess since it is too cold to garden, I best cook a delicious dinner followed by a glass of wine and puzzle time! I hear alcohol is beneficial too! HA!
