I know you are going to ask me how I do not have time to make five course meals a day. I realize I am retired, but there is no moss growing under our feet!
As I surveyed the pantry, I realized that we quickly went through the first batch of marinara sauce, but somehow slowed down. I could say it was because we had a weird winter, or I could say that I did not want to run out of sauce by February. As Big Guy is already starting to prepare the garden beds, I decided it was time to open some jars of marinara sauce. I grabbed some frozen meatballs that Big Guy made last month, boiled up a pot of penne, then baked it off at the very end. I added some Texas Toast, and we were in for a great meal. Grab the wino Big Guy!
