salt! salt! Salt!

If you are a Jimmy Buffett fan you can probably hear the strains of Margaritaville running through your head.  Salt…that wonderful all-purpose spice.  It seems you can’t watch any cooking show without hearing the addition of salt and its partner, pepper.

Big Guy and I are big fans of Celtic Sea Salt.  It is a lovely light grey salt harvested with the ingredients of sun, wind, and human skills to preserve its vast array of vital trace minerals.  It adds extra punch to our cooking and really brings out the sweet in our desserts.  Just remember, a little bit goes a long way!
