Secret santa!

We have a dear friend who attempted to be our Secret Santa this year by bringing us beautiful cinnamon rolls. There were two crucial hints it was our friend, Thomas. One, he tried to quietly deliver our package with his adorable dog in tow. Second, he is the owner of TAG Hand-Crafted Treats, Truffles, Candies!

I met Thomas many years ago when we were both in Rotary. He has a wicked sense of humor and a heart of gold. Once he got off the non-for-profit merry-go-round, he decided to throw himself into his passion for baking. He learned at a young age while helping his mother in the kitchen.

I am anxiously waiting to taste this award-winning treat. According to Thomas, his mother won a Best of Iowa award at the Iowa State Fair with this recipe. As Prue Leith would say, “it will be worth the calories!”
