The blog you are about to read should really come with smell-o-vision. Big Guy was ready to revisit his version of an Oklahoma Onion Smash Burger which never fails to fill the air with a delicious aroma causing the saliva glands to start to water in anticipation.
He starts with thinly sliced onions, butter, and a burger patty that he will smash as it cooks in the pan. He puts the perfect toast on the bun, and we are ready for a fantastic meal. Of course, I should mention the beef should come directly from your local butcher as the taste is far superior to the pre-packaged hamburger from the store.
