Big Guy and I do not tend to eat much beef, but when we are craving it, nothing beats a smash hamburger.
It is the one time I let Big Guy take over even though I know I will be in for a big clean up job after he is done cooking our dinner. I do not care because he does it correctly by smashing the burgers with thinly sliced onions, melting the cheese in the oven, and serving them on lightly toasted buns. We grabbed our maple onion jam from @larder_cupboard and our dinner was, to quote @guyfieri, “off the chain!”
