The weather has really thrown me for a loop, since I still have bread to bake and soups to eat from the freezer. With the sudden change to cooler weather again, I grabbed one of my bread mixes and started baking again.
I decided to try another brand of bread mix from @soberdough. They are an artisan brew bread company, using only natural ingredients, out of Nashville, Tennessee. I opted to make the classic bread so I could pair it with soup, salad, or even pasta. It certainly matched its description of “pouring, stirring, and baking.” Within an hour, I had a delicious fresh loaf of bread without the stress of hoping my yeast would activate the ingredients. I obviously have no challenge opening a bottle of beer to make that magic happen!
