![]() The Big Guy’s sister loves to make deviled eggs for every holiday. At first, we were both a little shy about trying this dish since we tend to like ours scrambled or fried. The fact that we didn’t eat many of them was never a hardship since the rest of the family devoured them. As the years have gone by, it seems the simple egg and its deviled counterpart have become part of our kitchen. I realize you will ask what changed our minds, but it is the simple addition of pickle relish and bacon on top. In looking at my various cookbooks, it is interesting to see there is a great debate about whether to add pickle relish. I guess I can only say that we all have our peccadillos. Big Guy is just glad I stopped putting ketchup on my eggs. SIGH!
