I started my cooking journey to find some “me” time while also learning how to make great meals. I wish I could say I learned it all from my mom, but this area of home economics was never a favorite for her.
I have grown comfortable in my own kitchen making meals for family and friends, but I am always open to learning from others. Recently, it was a lesson learned from watching Trisha Yearwood. It seems we both were using our squeezers incorrectly as we both placed our fruit in the bowl of the cup instead of turning it upside down. She noted one of her viewers wrote in to say turning the fruit upside down will give you more juice and capture the seeds in the bowl of the squeezer. Like her viewer, I am passing this tip along to you. It certainly made a difference for me.
